Scientists around the world are almost unanimous in their understanding of Climate Change. It is agreed that one major challenge which must be met in order to curb CO2 emissions is the world's transition to sustainable transport. Three Peaks Zero has been created to promote awareness of Electric Vehicles and address the fears and misinformation surrounding range anxiety, often a primary deterrent to the uptake of Electric Vehicles.
Whilst we take on this challenge we would like to dedicate our endeavours to the following excellent causes. We would be most grateful for any support in the way of promoting our event and donations no matter how small. Every pound will make a valuable difference to these worthy charities.
Save the Children works in more than 120 countries saving children’s lives, fighting for their rights and helping them fulfil their potential. Their vision is a world in which every child attains the right to survival, protection, development and participation.
Currently Save the Children are conducting a huge campaign to bring support to children suffering from the crisis in Syria.
The MS Society is the UKs largest organisation dedicated to supporting the 100,000 people, their families and carers affected by multiple sclerosis (MS). MS is the most common neurological disorder among young adults and is usually diagnosed between the ages of 20 and 45.
The focus of the Society is to provide support today, whilst funding vital medical research to find a cure for the future.
